"I am writing this with the background of loathing exercising.  I would rather be eating a sundae than sweating. That being said, my cardiologist told me to get in the best shape of my life and I would not have to take medication.  So here I am.  I found Sagan on WFAA in the morning and was immediately impressed. A toddler ran across the screen as she was teaching a class over zoom and she just flowed with it.  She offers two sessions: early morning and evening.  The mornings are perfect for me, as I need to get daily allotment of activity over and done with.  What's even better - she records the sessions and will email them to you so that you can incorporate the 30 minutes into your day with ease and grace.  Sagan's HIIT Workouts are a fantastic way to work my way up in fitness.  I have had several back surgeries and she offers modifications and the flexibility to add weights according to my level of strength.  She is always in a good mood, which radiates through the workouts. Note: you are going to sweat.   I have had friends notice definition in my legs and arms after just two weeks.  It's a commitment I intend to keep.  I love that I can do this out of my house, because I will not get in a car to go workout.  I will talk myself out of it every time.
